Paris Saint-Germain haven’t always been singing from the same hymn sheet but that wasn’t the case on Sunday as they celebrated regaining the Ligue 1 title.

On Saturday night, PSG wrapped up the French top-flight with a 1-1 draw at home to Lens at the Parc des Princes.

PSG have now won eight of the last 10 Ligue 1 titles, having only been denied by Monaco in 2017 and Lille last year.

And the celebrations carried over into the next day as Neymar hosted a party among some of his team-mates to commemorate their triumph.

Seven of Mauricio Pochettino’s star-studded squad arrived at Neymar’s house to bask in their achievement.

Idrissa Gueye, Marquinhos, Prsenel Kimpembe, Danilo Pereira, Junior Dina Ebimbe, Alexandre Letellier and Nathan Bitu were all smiles as they posed for a selfie with the Brazilian.

Neymar, who also had his partner Bruna Biancardi around, then took centre stage as he sang while accompanied by a band at his home.

The atmosphere around Neymar’s was better than that at the Parc des Princes on Saturday.

PSG equalled the record set by St Etienne, who won 10 top flight titles between 1957 and 1981.

Sealing the Ligue 1 title, however, was not a cause for celebration for some ultra fans who left the Parc des Princes 15 minutes before the final whistle as they were still frustrated by the team’s early exit from the Champions League.

PSG were knocked out in the last 16 after squandering a 2-0 aggregate lead in 15 minutes against Real Madrid.

Fans from the Boulogne and Auteuil stands did not show their support once again despite the team having won their previous four games, scoring 16 goals during that run.

‘I still have a contract with Paris Saint-Germain,’ Neymar told ESPN Argentina in the aftermath.

‘I’m here for three more years, so stop [booing] or you’ll need more air.’

‘The fans who did not celebrate? It’s something I don’t understand,’ midfielder Marco Verratti added to Canal+ .

‘It’s football, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. We are normal people, we can have failures. But the 10th title is important.’
