The Cottagers had already rejected an opening bid from the Saudi club of £25.5m, but the striker has reportedly asked Tony Khan to accept their new offer.
According to Sky Sports, Mitrovic has now informed his relatives that he will not play for Fulham again after the club valued him at £52m.

Fulham are due to fly out to the United States on Thursday. Mitrovic has been a central figure at Fulham during his time at the club, scoring 111 goals in 205 appearances.

Last season he continued his goal-scoring form into the Premier League by netting 14 times as Fulham finished in the top half of the table.
Al-Hilai have been one of the most active clubs in a transfer window that has been dominated by the Saudi Pro League sides.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, a Serbian teammate of Mitrovic, joined the club from Lazio in a £35million move.
Al-Hilal have also recruited Wolves’ Portuguese skipper Ruben Neves for £47m as well as signing Kalidou Koulibaly from Chelsea.
