Andy Murray has been knocked out of the Australian Open after losing to Spain’s Roberto Bautista Agut in the third round.
It had been a tournament to remember for Murray, who astounded the world with his phenomenal efforts in the opening two rounds.
Murray, whose second round victory over Thanasi Kokkinakis on Thursday lasted five hours and 45 minutes, lost 1-6 7-6 (9-7) 3-6 4-6 to Bautista Agut.
