Congressman says three ‘dynamite witnesses’ will testify under oath next week that they’ve got firsthand knowledge of UFOs

Three military witnesses will testify, under oath, to Congress next Wednesday that they have firsthand knowledge about UFOs.

Air Force and intelligence agency veteran David Grusch — whose jaw-dropping claims of an illegal UFO crash retrieval program operating within the classified world were made public this June — will be among those giving sworn testimony.

‘We have three dynamite witnesses,’ Congressman Tim Burchett said Tuesday.

‘They’re professionals. They’re military,’ the Tennessee Republican noted. ‘They’re people that were there and saw what they saw.’

The other two witnesses, announced via press release this morning, will be retired US Navy veteran fighter pilots Commander David Fravor, witness to the 2004 Nimitz ‘Tic Tac’ UFO; and Lieutenant Ryan Graves, whose Naval squadron captured the infamous GIMBAL and GOFAST UFOs on infra-red video in 2015

Burchett, who serves on the House Oversight and Accountability committee, will lead next week’s open UFO hearing, which he said has been actively undermined by both Pentagon and US Intelligence Community efforts to ‘continuously block things.’

‘It’s gonna be the biggest show in town, though,’ Rep. Burchett said.

‘We’re not gonna march in any little green men,’ the three-term congressman joked to SiriusXM political talk radio host Julie Mason on her program Julie Mason Mornings. ‘Or women as the case may be.’

The one individual who is confirmed to be marching in, Grusch, who also served in an intelligence collection role with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, has accused both the US military and its private defense contractors of stonewalling on evidence of crashed UFOs, recovered ‘beings,’ and UFO-related deaths.

News of Grusch’s sworn testimony came from Burchett last night in conversations with reporter Matt Laslo, of the newsletter Ask a Pol

Rep. Burchett said that — despite having ‘military people calling’ him saying Congress should ‘get to the bottom’ of the UFO mystery — the process of assembling witnesses for the oversight committee’s public UFO hearing was fraught with interference from federal figures in the national security sector.

‘If they don’t exist, the federal government sure is putting up a heck of a fight, you know?’ Burchett said.

‘They keep saying that these aliens don’t exist, yet they continuously block things. The Pentagon quashes witnesses. NASA backed out on us.’

The congressman noted that members of America’s spy agencies have been acting through their trusted contacts on the House Intelligence Committee to thwart the public release of the federal government’s UFO evidence.

‘We got a bunch of bureaucrats telling a bunch of elected officials what’s going on,’ Rep. Burchett lamented.

‘You got people that are compromised all over this place,’ the congressman said.

Burchett described interference by the US Intelligence Community as ‘very evident’ in the process of planning next week’s UFO hearings, telling Mason and her listeners, ‘You have staff trying to ‘crash the party’ so to speak and not let us bring in certain witnesses.’

Worse still, Burchett accused members of America’s spy agencies of interfering in his efforts to attach a UFO transparency amendment to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Reauthorization Act of 2023 (S.1939).

The UFO amendment, which Burchett tweeted out in part on Tuesday, would have mandated that the FAA produce ‘a non-classified report about occurrences in which commercial pilots spot, or otherwise visually witness, unknown objects in flight.’

As the government’s civilian aviation authority, the FAA was to be tasked with publishing ‘any documents from commercial industry,’ including airline company records, related to UFO events.

The FAA report was to focus on those UFO events that ‘disrupted, interfered, or interacted with flight instruments.’

And yet, despite Burchett’s UFO amendment pertaining exclusively to unclassified material, produced by commercial airline pilots and civilian aviators, ‘they blocked that: the Intelligence Community-slash-Committee.’

‘It’s never-ending with this bunch,’ Burchett told Mason’s audience, clarifying that it was predominantly the US ‘intelligence community’ that shot down his amendment through their contacts on Capitol Hill.

‘Why is the ‘intelligence community’ blocking my amendment?’ Burchett took to Twitter to ask. ‘And, how do they have the power to block it?’

Burchett’s experience would not be the first time federal legislators have faced heavy interference from US spy agencies.

In 2014, the CIA was accused of illegally spying on the Senate staffers tasked with investigating accusations of torture committed by the agency as part of the Bush administrations ‘extraordinary rendition’ program during the global war on terror.

The CIA was ultimately forced to admit that they had hacked Senate staffers’ computers, despite the agency’s initial false denials.

Burchett had more positive words for the high degree of bipartisan cooperation on the UFO mystery, praising his fellow House Oversight committee member and Florida Democratic congressman Jared Moskowitz for his work on the issue.

‘He’s my buddy,’ Burchett said. ‘He’s an excellent attorney… I would hate to be against him.’

The Tennessee Republican also praised Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer for his recent UFO amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act.

‘I’m actually glad that he’s following my lead,’ Burchett said. ‘We wanna know what’s out there and why the federal government is trying to hide it from us.’

The congressman said that his next steps for getting answers on the government’s UFO secret will be field hearings: a form of congressional hearing held outside the halls of the Capitol.

Field hearings date back the fact-finding missions the US legislators conducted on the front lines of the Civil War.

‘I’m tired of waiting on the government,’ Burchett said, ‘tired of playing by their stupid rules that they change every time.’
