Group F reaches its conclusion on Wednesday night as Germany take on Hungary in Munich at the same time France play Portugal in Budapest.
Germany, who beat Portugal 4-2 in their second game on Saturday, will qualify with victory or if they draw and France do not lose. Joachim Low‘s side could face England at Wembley in the last-16.
Hungary, who held France in their game at the weekend, can make it through in second place if they win and Portugal lose.
