YouTube sensations KSI and Jake Paul have exchanged insults during a war of words on Twitter as the pair look to agree to a huge 2023 fight.

The pair have a long-standing rivalry after KSI defeated Paul’s brother, Logan, back in 2019 in Los Angeles.

During a heated Twitter spat, KSI and Jake went back and forth discussing their preferential terms for an upcoming fight, which is being targeted for 2023.

It began when KSI tweeted his prediction for his upcoming fight against Joe Fournier on May 13 as he stated: ‘When I KO Joe Fournier, I will be the pound for pound best YouTube boxer. Yes above Jake Paul.’

Paul responded by declaring that he is KSI’s ‘idol’ before slating the quality of the opponent’s that Fournier has faced in his career.

‘So when you beat a guy whose last pro fight was over two years ago against a reggaeton singer that had never boxed in his life, you are the pound for pound best?!’ Paul questioned.

‘Or is because his fight before that was 6 years ago against a 1-11 “boxer”? Sham.’

JJ Olatuniji, who goes by nickname KSI, declared that Paul was ‘ducking’ the fight against him as the Ohio-born boxer proposed new terms for a fight to happen.

Extraodinarily, Paul suggested: ‘$30million to the winner, 0 to the loser if you want me to agree to your request of 180 pounds and rehydration clause.

‘Agree to that and I’m in. You just supposedly bet £10million so this should be easy to contract right?’

This comes after KSI and upcoming opponent Fournier put £10million on the line, with Fournier claiming that the fee would be enough to purchase KSI’s boxing promotion company Misfits.

Paul suggested similar before his defeat to Fury back in February, agreeing to a pre-fight all or nothing bet, which he never paid out due to Fury not signing the updated terms in a new contract.

KSI referred to this as he replied to Paul’s latest demands stating: ‘Ain’t no way I’m doing this deal cos you still ain’t paid up for your last deal with Tommy Fury after he slapped you up’ – which Paul used to his advantage to decalare that KSI lacks the ‘courage’ to agree to such deal.

‘There we go. You, your squirrel and your “partners” don’t have the courage to put it all on the line in a contract and sign,’ Paul continued. ‘Just like Tommy and his dad didn’t.’

The argument concluded with KSI calling Paul out once and for all, demanding that he signs a contract for the pair to finally face off.

‘It’s been 5 years. We’re both ready, just sign the contract and let’s fight you p****,’ KSI concluded.

It was Paul who got the last word, however, as he doubled down on the sentiment that KSI has been ‘running’ from him and wants him to fight at an ‘unnatural weight’.

Paul ended the argument: ‘Yeah and 4 of those years you were running.

‘You want me to come to London and fight at an unnatural weight with a rehydration clause then it’s all or nothing. Or be man take the fight without rehydration clauses. 185. 50/50.’
