Recent reports had suggested Olise is seen as a back-up to Bukayo Saka at Arsenal due to his experience in the league and ability to use his left foot efficiently from the right wing.
Olise’s contract at Selhurst Park runs until the summer of 2026 and the club are happy to know his thoughts.
Crystal Palace know they have a special talent on their hands in Olise and will be delighted with his willingness to stay at the club.
Olise was the star man with a hat-trick of assists in the emphatic 5-1 win over fellow relegation battlers Leeds last weekend.
Manager Roy Hodgson heaped praise on him afterwards as he told the club’s official website: ‘I have seen him for 10 days less than I have seen the others.
‘What I make of him is that I think he is an enormous talent – he has got a great possibility to have a wonderful career and a wonderful future. We can only hope we at Crystal Palace can give him that platform.’
Crystal Palace will seek to continue their bright form when they return to action against Everton next weekend.
