Labour’s business and energy spokesman has set out five demands for the UK government ahead of the COP26 summit climate summit.
Ed Miliband said the global gathering, in Glasgow on 31 October, had to produce a roadmap for the rest of the decade.
He said there was “very little public clarity” on what the UN climate change conference, or Conference of Parties (COP) was trying to achieve.
