Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar has no plans to leave despite the club potentially needing to cut costs to meet UEFA’s financial requirements, according to reports.
PSG’s finances have come under severe scrutiny in recent years and the French giants are the subject of a complaint filed to UEFA by LaLiga.
LaLiga president Javier Tebas has spoken out frequently against the spending of PSG – and Manchester City – and the Spanish league is now ready to take their grievances to the courts of the European Union.

Much of his ire has come to the fore again after City sealed a £51million deal for Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe signed a new three-year deal worth a jaw-dropping £650,000 a week.
Earlier this month Tebas accused PSG of ‘destroying the ecosystem of European football’ in the wake of Mbappe’s bumper payout.
Neymar is a prime candidate to be sold if PSG do need to urgently balance their books, given his status within the game and his huge pay packet – which L’Equipe claims is £43million gross per season.

PSG would prefer to keep Lionel Messi and Mbappe but Marca reports the Brazilian, who joined the French side from Barcelona in a world record £200million deal, has no plans to leave.
The Ligue 1 champions have also been linked with a move for Robert Lewandowski, who has confirmed he is departing Bayern Munich this summer.
Tebas has claimed PSG’s wage bill was around £515million before they gave Mbappe a new contract.
PSG are owned by Qatar Sports Investments, who are backed by the Qatari government, and are led by the club’s president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
