Rishi Sunak has blamed industrial action for rising waiting lists in England and asked the Labour leader if he would back an NHS pay deal to help cut them.
Sir Keir Starmer said there were 7.2 million people on NHS lists when Mr Sunak took over as PM, as he asked for the figure today.
