The deputy Labour leader has accused the Conservatives of blocking the Covid inquiry and spending hundreds of thousands of pounds on legal advice.
Oliver Dowden said the government had handed over all documents related to Covid, but not those deemed “wholly and unambiguously irrelevant”.
