The ECB will end their culture of awarding bonuses after attracting widespread criticism for the scheme that will see chief executive Tom Harrison and other senior figures share a pot of £2.1million.
Sportsmail has learned that the board will not sanction another round of bonuses after the five-year long-term incentive plan is paid.
The contentious scheme was introduced by the ECB in 2017 to reward executives for delivering their record £1.1billion TV deal with Sky Sports, as well as providing incentives for them to continue working at Lord’s.

Some executives who have left the ECB have already received a partial pay-out, while those who remain will be paid in full later this month.
The record-breaking Sky contract was about £200m above the ECB’s initial expectations, according to industry sources.
The deal includes all England’s home internationals and the new Hundred competition.
