Stephen Flynn said the main Westminster parties do not offer young people any hope at all with their position on university fees.
The SNP Westminster leader spoke of Labour appearing to change its policy on abolishing tuition fees, in line with the Lib Dems and Tories.
But Rishi Sunak said young people in England were more likely to go to university than in Scotland.
