Premier League teams are stepping up their preparations for the upcoming season with tours taking place in seemingly every corner of the globe. 

It has officially reached the point in the window where clubs are desperate to conclude deals and begin the tricky process of integrating new arrivals. 

But with several deals this summer reliant on one another it’s shaping up to be a very intriguing close to the window.

Friday saw big developments in the Harry Kane transfer to Bayern Munich as well as more of Europe’s top talent edging closer to moves to the Saudi Pro League.

Bayern Munich have opened talks with Brentford over a deal for their Spanish goalkeeper David Raya. The German champions are yet to reach the English club’s expectations for a transfer but discussions are ongoing. (SkySports

Chelsea have rejected Juventus’ loan offer with an options to buy for Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku, 30, because they want to sell him permanently. The Blues have slapped a £34.2m price tag on the wantaway forward. (Tuttosport)

Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has undergone a medical and agreed a three year contract as his £40m move to Al-Ittihad draws closer. Talks were understood to have stalled earlier this week after a paperwork issue, but the move now appears to be back on track. (Mail Sport)

Chelsea are interested in adding to their attacking unit and have set their sights on three advanced midfielders – Crystal Palace’s France U21 international Michael Olise, Lyon’s French 19-year-old Rayan Cherki and Ajax’s 22-year-old Ghanaian Mohammed Kudus. (Football London)

PSG are set to complete a shock deal to sign Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona. The French champions have been interested in the 26-year-old for a long time, and, according to sources, the forward has already agreed a five-year contract at PSG. The 26-year-old has a £42.8m release clause which ends on Monday. (ESPN)

Manchester United are keen on making a move for Sofyan Amrabat, but will need to raise money before they can make a swoop for the Moroccan international. Amrabat has picked up attention across Europe in the aftermath of his fine displays for Morocco in the 2022 World Cup – helping them become the first African nation to reach the semi-final stage. Allan Saint-Maximin’s time at Newcastle United is over after the winger completed a £30million switch to Saudi Pro League side Al-Ahli.
