The chief of Russia’s Wagner group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, said his men fighting in the flashpoint eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut would kill rival soldiers. It comes after an alleged recording of Ukrainians deciding to shoot a Russian prisoner of war.
