In her first speech after being elected as leader of the Conservative Party, new Tory leader Liz Truss pays tribute to the outgoing Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
“You’re admired from Kyiv to Carlisle”, said Truss of her friend Boris Johnson.
She also paid tribute to her rival Rishi Sunak.
